Large, spacious home with beautiful views of Lake Superior. Large, partially fenced yard with lots of lake frontage, bordered on one side by a creek, and with a sandy beach. Lots of sitting areas, big, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, cement patio, picnic table, outdoor furniture, and grill. Ready to be a home away from home.
Large screen TV, wifi, DVD player with DVDs, board games, and books, and printer to keep the family entertained. Kitchen has all of the essentials, plus. Pots, pans, toaster, coffeemaker, teapot, air fryer, electric skillet, and some basic pantry essentials such as olive oil, spices, baking essentials, etc.
Two car garage for your use. Outdoor games (croquet, ladderball, some beach stuff,) available for use in lean-to.

Summary: Thank you for your hospitality. My husband and I and “baby” enjoyed our stay at this serene location on Lake Superior. The house was organized, clean and well equipped. Splendid lake views. The fenced yard was a plus for our little Shih Tzu. Acted on Heather’s suggestion to drive the scenic Curley Lewis Memorial Highway just south of the house. Beautiful route with scenic pull offs.

Summary: This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had! The house was beautiful, equipped with everything you could want. The location, Lake Superior lakefront, was spectacular. The host was kind and responsive. If this house is a little over your budget and you can swing it -- do it! You will not be disappointed. We will be back -- and we drove 1500 miles to get there.

Summary: We (4 older ladies) are a group of friends who love the UP and enjoy playing cards. This place was perfect: from the morning view of the sunrise over the lake to the layout that gave us plenty of together and alone space! The description was accurate and we were well supplied with everything needed. We were able to get in some rock hunting as well. Great place!

Summary: It was very peaceful and quiet. Spectacular sunrises greeting us each morning. A special treat on our last night was viewing the northern lights. The house was comfortable and clean and has a well equipped kitchen. Heather was very accommodating and helpful. She was easy to reach and quick to respond.

Summary: This house was clean and well appointed and the views of Lake Superior were beautiful! It was just my husband and I on this trip but we could have easily had the whole family and then some. Everthing we needed and more was provided. We didn’t have our fur babies with us, but this home would easily and nicely accommodate dogs. The bed was comfortable and both the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Heather was easy to communicate with and I know she would have been quick to help if we would have had any issues. The use of the garage to park our car was a nice bonus. I will definitely look to rent this house again if we travel back to the area!

Summary: Everything in the listing was exactly as described. The setting is phenomenal ( and close to Taquamanimal!). It was cold and windy yet we stayed warm and cozy in the sun room, the room with quite the view. Special thanks to Heather for keeping track of our trip progress. We could tell that lots of love goes into their home. TMI alert - I poo pooed (pun intended) bidets in general and the upstairs bath in particular, but after YouTubing and reading and using - I AM SOLD! Amazon, here I come!
